The online reservation system is available 24 hours a day, making it easy to make your reservation whenever you want. Once we have received your request, we will check the availability of the vehicle you are interested in and will contact you with all the necessary details (availability, price & payment details). 3.Is a credit card necessary?

Indeed, a credit card is required to make your vehicle reservation

4.Can I travel with the vehicle outside Greece?

According to the law on renting a car, it is strictly forbidden to leave the car at the Greek border. Please contact us immediately to provide you with possible solutions.

5.Is there extra charge if my flight is delayed?

No problem. We’re monitoring your flight online, so we know the exact time of the landing. If there is a delay due to the airline, there is no extra charge.

6.Can I change the reservation?

Of course, you can. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your car’s delivery – pickup point, time or even the duration of your rental. In any case, you should contact us by mail or telephone.

7.Are my private data safe?

Yes, they are. We do not share your personal information with third parties, and we protect it through Greek law.

8.What I must do if I get involved in an accident?

9.What other is included at the rental?

Upon completion of your reservation, you can request our reservations section for child seats, boosters, winter chains and GPS navigation systems. It’s all free.

10.What’s the minimum age limit for car rental?

According to the requirements of the insurance company the minimum age to rent a car is 25 years.

11.Do I need an international driving license?

The countries of USA – Australia – Canada – China require an international driving license.

12.Is a payment in advance necessary in order to make a reservation for my car?

Payment in advance is the only way to book your vehicle and we can guarantee its availability.

13.Do I receive a document with a payment in advance?

After your payment you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

14.Can I cancel my reservation?

Of course, you can. You can find more information in the Conditions field.

15.What does it happen if a car of mine has a problem?

In this rare case, you should contact us to inform you in detail about the necessary actions and the magnitude of the damage. We are at your disposal for anything that happens in the car.

16.Is the company open during Christmas time and at holidays?
